If you call us within 15 days of the start date of your holiday slot, we can transfer your week and you can choose another (at that time or later), in the same resort or a different one, provided that it is in the same season and subject to availability. The management costs are covered by your Vacation Club, so this process is free of charge for you.

If you wish to join international exchange operators such as RCI or Interval, you can transfer your week to them for a stay at one of over 6,400 resorts. The cost of this is covered by your Vacation Club (and is free for you) but these international companies charge an annual membership fee that you will have to pay yourself.

Yes, you can pay by direct debit and we will send the bill to your bank on the day that suits you best. You can choose the 5th, 15th, or 25th of the month.

Yes. For your security and that of the other owners, we will provide you with an invitation that you must return to us filled in with your details and those of your guest, which we will send to the reception of the complex. Alternatively, you can do this yourself on this website and provide the requested documentation.

Yes, we offer a 10% discount for members if you book directly with the Vacation Club.

Yes, we offer a 15% discount for members if you book directly with the Vacation Club. This applies even if you want to book another apartment for your friends or family.

If we have availability for you to stay on these dates, you will be charged for an additional week with a member discount.

Yes, you can sell, transfer, or assign your week to a family member. The internal management cost for this transaction is covered by your Vacation Club, so it is free of charge for you. In this case, you will have to pay the fees for the notary of your choosing.

The debt could increase through fees, interest, and expenses and this may result in legal action.

The ownership remains in force for the other owners, in addition to being passed on to the legitimate heirs. The same applies to 100% of the rights and obligations.

If there is no ruling confirming who is the sole member, both members will continue to be timeshare holders with 100% of the rights and obligations.

We normally use the CPI published on www.ine.es year-on-year from September to September.

In timeshare management, the first Saturday of the year marks the first week of the annual week count. In any case, the annual calendar is available on this website.

Pets are not allowed in the complexes as the apartments are to be used by various guests.
